Intentional design is key and allows us to create special moments of interest at each event. It’s also the manner in which we communicate and interact with clients, vendors and wedding guests. We are genuine, honest and handle situations with great care. Lastly, it's our love for romantic, garden-inspired design that is the foundation of our signature aesthetic.
Before I can begin to put together details for your wedding day, I need to know who my clients are as individuals and as a couple. I believe the most beautiful weddings are the ones where the uniqueness of the couple shines through in every detail. Intentional design is the key to an authentic event. I want to hear your stories, experiences and what led you to each other.
A strong foundation for a bespoke design starts with curating a vendor team that will be able to bring the vision to life. Our team provides recommendations from a list of our most trusted vendors based on your weddings needs, general design preferences and location of the wedding. We assist you with contracting your vendors and then we get started collaborating with them on preliminary design plans.
Our team has our hands in designing every visual component of the wedding. We present our clients with a design presentation that includes mood boards, a color palette and inspiration images. Through the design process, we will provide venue layouts and artistic direction on every detail from bridesmaid dress selection to cake design to stationery fonts, and everything in between.
We closely communicate with the vendor team throughout the design process and coordinate design meetings and walkthroughs.
As we approach the wedding day, our team will coordinate all the logistics to execute the design, and work with vendors to ensure timing and expectations are clear. We also assemble any visual elements, such as seating charts and ribbons on ceremony programs.
On the wedding day, we bring the design to life! We also work closely with the photographer to provide creative input on the styling of the wedding details.
If you have contracted a day-of coordinator to handle wedding party management and logistics during the event, our team works with the planner in advance to ensure our design production is incorporated into their timeline. You can also add on this service with a planner on our team if you'd like us to handle these logistics.

We make the wedding beautiful and ensure it has a cohesive look and feel. We look at every visual detail of the wedding, from stationery to cake design, bridal party wardrobe and silverware.
After a few months of getting to know our clients and their love story, we customize a visual proposal that includes a mood board, color palette and many other design details.
Prior to the wedding day, we create a venue design plan to ensure a smooth setup process. We curate the vendor team based on our clients’ design aesthetic, and work with them to develop custom details (the secret sauce of our weddings).
An optional day-of coordination add-on is available to our Full Service Wedding Design clients.

One of the first things we often hear from couples is that they're overwhelmed by all of the visual details involved with a wedding. In the age of Pinterest, it's easy to get lost in a sea of different styles and options that are out there.
Our response to help is a 1-hour design consultation call to get an idea of the basic foundation of the wedding (location, date, guest count) and to talk through your style preferences. This provides a great time for you to ask questions too! From there, we spend 1-2 weeks putting together a mood board and color palette that you can use to communicate with your vendors and ensure everyone is working from the same design perspective.
